2 Timothy 2:15 (K.J.V.) Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Welcome to the Study Tools area. In this section of Moments in Bible Prophecy, we have compiled some helpful tools to help you gain victory in your life.

So many times we are defeated in our lives, because we are not ready for the advances of the enemy.  He's out to get us.  He's out to destroy us, so we must put on the whole armor of God in preparation for his attack.  The devil definitely does not want us to succeed, much less be victorious in this life and for the Kingdom of God.   Each day we live, we face spiritual conflict because he is out to take us down.  The Word of God helps us understand that.

Luke 22:31 (K.J.V.) And the Lord said,
Simon, Simon, behold,
Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:

1 Peter 5:8 (K.J.V.) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion,
walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

The word of God also helps us understand that we don't have to be defeated, but that we can have complete and total victory over our enemy the devil.   We can be victorious. The Word of God says:

Luke 10:19 (K.J.V.) Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Romans 8:37 (K.J.V.) Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors
through him that loved us.

1 John 4:4 (K.J.V.) Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

We hope that something covered here will help you live a victorious Christian life.
